Maureen joined Lambert Coffin as an associate in 2010. Prior to returning to Portland, Maureen practiced with a large firm in Boston where she represented both debtors and creditors committees in chapter 11 cases and out-of-court restructurings. Since joining Lambert Coffin, Maureen has focused her practice on civil litigation with an emphasis on representing healthcare providers in defense of medical malpractice claims and licensure complaints. As a member of the Agriculture and Food Production Law group, Maureen's knowledge and experience concerning regulations governing food safety dovetail with her litigation experience to provide valuable risk management for clients in this industry.
